This beautifully re-decorated 2 bedroom 2 Bathroom home is located in one of the most convenient neighborhoods. Belvedere Village is conveniently located close to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square.
The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community. You'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 10 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing where you'll find Winn-Dixie for grocery needs. You are also about a 15 minute golf cart ride to the Colony Plaza if you are looking for Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, many clothing shops, restaurants and more.
You are only minutes by golf cart to Fishhawk Village Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. When you are ready to do some golfing head on over to Cane Garden Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner.
If you're looking for more about a 5 minute golf cart ride to SeaBreeze Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickleball courts and so much more.

The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & 4 chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities.
