Summary: Clean and comfortable hotel in good location with very helpful manageress and great staff. The location and positive reviews were the main reason I booked this hotel and I was not disappointed. Spacious, clean and comfortable room, with comfortable bed, efficient air con and decent bathroom. Very good value for money. They were also able to arrange private transport for me from the hotel to the airport as I didn’t want a repeat of the shared ride from the airport, where the transport companies cram as many people and bags as possible into the one van. There is no in-room safe provided, but the manageress told me they will be installed in the future. I was able to put my valuables in a signed and sealed envelope which the manageress looked after safely without issues (many thanks). There were a couple of minor glitches during my stay, but these were resolved to my satisfaction and I have nothing but praise for both the property and the manageress. Hotel is a short walk from the centre of town and although Coron is a bit boring at night, the town has everything you need. The terrain around Coron town has a lot of hills, so there is no escaping them when walking around, but I didn’t find it an issue.
