Diamond House is a spacious, comfortable as-new holiday house, close to the beach but with plenty of activities for rainy days. Ideal for two families - there is a master bedroom, ensuite, two kids bedrooms and additional bathroom upstairs. Downstairs a fully self contained flat, additional bedroom and laundry and yet another patio with a lovely garden outlook. Enjoy the space with your family or there are plenty of spaces to be on your own.

Sandy Beach is a quiet residential village off the highway - but has a lovely general store, coffee shop and fish and chips just opposite the beach. Only a five minute drive to all the amenities of Woolgoolga. From Diamond House it is an easy 50 minute walk along the beach north to Woolgoolga, or head south for a 30 minute walk to Emerald Beach.
Sandy Beach is serviced by a regular bus service into Coffs Harbour or Woolgoolga. Clubs and pubs in Moonee and Woolgoolga will provide courtesy pick up and lift home on weekends and most nights in school holidays if you fancy a night out.
