This large, modern 4 bedroom home with a north facing verandah & main bedroom,has a kitchen which is ideal for groups of up to 10 guests for weddings, family get togethers, weekend wine-tastings or exploring all the attractions Mudgee has to offer.
A fully equipped kitchen with full size oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffee pod machine.
There is a large verandah at the back of the house with a BBQ and outdoor furniture, perfect for outdoor dining and unwinding with friends & family.
There are two living areas, both with large TV's and comfortable lounges, a large spacious bathroom with a big corner spa (perfect for relaxing in) and laundry facilities.
Bedrooms include 3 with queen size beds (main with ensuite) & 1 with double bed.
The house is conveniently located only 2.2 km from the centre of town to take advantage of all the attractions Mudgee has to offer - from wine cellar doors, to local farmers markets, fine-dining, superb local and organic produce, horse riding/racing, national parks and much more. Summary: Our all too quick stay in Mudgee was fantastic. We will definately consider this property again when we have more time as it had plenty of room for all and will be a great place to stay for a family.
