Positive: The property is conveniently located just a few minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania, which was a big plus. The kitchen was well-equipped, and overall we had a pleasant stay.

Negative: There are a few maintenance areas that could be improved, including some electrical issues and mould in the first bedroom cupboard.
