Welcome to our beautiful island ! As a team, we welcome you to Malta by inviting you to stay in this beautiful, central APT just off the promenade.
Upon entering this property you will be amazed, by the large living area accompanied by a large sofa which could easily fit the 4 of you with access to a large TV and a private balcony.
Also, this apartment is perfect for both short and long term bookings so we made sure to have a fully equipped kitchen and 2 large beds SUPER COMFY beds and WIFI.
Wifi and Airconditioning are available throughout all the rooms.

Living Spaces| A spacious living area with sofas and smart TV, with access to a nicely done balcony with tables and chairs for the sole access of our guests with distant sea views. Full access to balconies throughout the apartment ! Also access to a large comfortable SOFA, which could easily host 6 guests.
Kitchen Space| Fully equipped with all the utensils and kitchen equipment our guests would require to fix a proper meal. Kitchen is equipped for long and short term rentals.
Bathrooms| 2 large bathroom in general accessible from the apartment's hallway and another from the ensuite.
Bedrooms| 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 with a double bedroom (one with ensuite) .
Linens| At 360 Estates we love a good night sleep, due to this we only provide the best of linens to our guests, with also 2 sets of towels given per person.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.
This apartment location, is second to none just off the promenade in central QAWRA one of the best places for any guest or tourist to come.
Upon going out from the apartment, our guest is welcomed by amazing restaurants, souvenir shops, an extensive amount of coffee shops and even convenience stores.
The beach is just opposite the road making it very convenient especially if you like the beautiful Maltese sea.
Also within walking distance is CAFE DEL MAR, a beautiful location, amazing evening locations to go to, to enjoy some drinks and food.
The bus stop is just down the road from the building making it very easy and cheap to travel.
Qawra is central too many parts of the island, so everything can be linked with the opposite bus stop.
Want to rent a car ? No problem, free parking around the area.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
