Deluxe new 3 Bedroom - Furnished - 2-story house. High, 10ft ceilings and enclosed lanai. Tastefully decorated with all appliances included. Bedrooms include King size beds, bathroom, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and TVs. Kitchen has separate eating area. 1 & 1/2 car garage. 2 minutes walking to Country Club with Dining and Bar, Tennis Club, Pool, Hot Tub.
Rental includes Village Resident privileges. Priority pool or Golf are not included but can be purchased. The Villages does not prorate membership cost for short term.
This is a golf cart community and a GOLF CART is available for your use. Tenants responsible for self-insurance.

Summary: For a golfer or a tennis player the location can't be beat. Close proximity to both! The home is very comfortable and well equipped, including a well stocked kitchen. Also having a golf cart made our stay even more enjoyable. Christina was great to work with and went out of her way to make our stay special.
