Positive: A Big Shout out to Komong who was very polite, friendly and very helpful. She made our dinning experience very good.
Negative: The Food quality was not very Good. It was in bulk quantity but quality was not that good. And the reception staff needs to be more informative. As i been asking them since my arrival about late check in and was been told to try on the day of check out and the day of check out i have been told that need to pay £90 for a late check out. The staff should have given this info on the first day that there will be charge and not made up story oh we need to see if there is a booking or not. £90 for just an hoir late check out is a ridoculous price.
