Great home with space for everyone consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, and a games area. It can sleep up to 10 guests and has the added bonus of free Wifi.
In the heart of the home, you will find the open-plan kitchen and dining area which is light and bright and fully equipped. Two separate lounge areas provides ample space for families and friends to relax and unwind.
The property features a private, sun-drenched garden and an undercover entertainment area where you can savor your morning coffee or dine al fresco.

Bathrooms: Ensuite to include shower, wc and vanity. Main bathroom to include bathtub, separate walk-in shower, vanity and separate wc.
Facilities: Kitchen with dishwasher and electric appliances, Coffee machine – Delonghi. Laundry, BBQ, Highchair, Outdoor shower.
Features/Entertainment: Flat screen smart tv, Dvd player, Wii, Wifi, table tennis table.
Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning in both living areas, combustion heater (firewood included) to the main lounge area, ceiling fans throughout.
Pets: Pets are welcome upon request.
Fenced: Enclosed backyard.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated in to the rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Fleurieu Accommodation/Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential).
