Positive: Location. Kitchen had everything
Negative: Bedsheets were rough. Big cockroach in bathroom. Steps to loft was very steep. No extra blankets — we did not like using the bed covers as blankets. The dresser drawers smelled funky
Summary: I expected a nicer condo with no cockroaches.
