Positive: Really great house with big green backyard. I believe that place is excellent if you want be away from city noise. Location gives pretty much privacy. Hugo is really helpful, shown local areas, gave recommendations on restaurants and places on seaside. Even other day, when we need taxi, he helped to get that. Thanks a lot.
Negative: Without car it would take some time to walk to ocean and back.
