Summary: Check in and check out were great. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The fridge was very cold and kept our food and drinks in good condition. The a/c was also very good. The only complaint I have is that the beds were very firm so I didn't sleep well. I know mattresses can be very expensive, but maybe the hotel could invest in mattress toppers to make the beds more comfortable.
