Summary: Property was clean and looked like pictures online. Beds were comfortable. The Regal Palms resort area showed some age. Arcade area was rough, but still kept teens occupied. Bring your own floats for the lazy river, and expect big crowds at the pool (which seemed small for the size of the resort). None of that is on the owner though. The owner was great with communication, check in was a breeze and there were no surprises at check out. Our group would consider staying here again. THE ONLY downside, was a note to keep the central unit between 73-78 degrees. Living in the south, I understand wanting to keep the a/c from freezing up or completely going out from over exertion. However, 73 degrees makes for uncomfortable sleep temperatures when it’s still near 90 outside.
