As seen on TV! This is your chance to stay in a Grade II listed regency town home. Get the whole, extended family together or make that hen do a time for luxury and laughter.
The owners have a great love for all things Brighton & Hove. The colours and style of Kemptown have been lovingly brought into this home away from home for large groups.
The property was built in about 1826 with its original Stucco style exterior and regency porch.
This house has now been re-configured to offer luxurious mid week stays for families at a great price too.

There are a few steps up to the main front door from street level. The property is arranged over 6 floors.

What about shopping you ask? Kemptown is home to one of the BEST antiques markets around, Brighton Flea Market, not to mention the gorgeous boutiques selling vintage clothing and jewels.
Whatever your taste, Kemptown gives you the most amazing oppurtunities to discover unparalleled luxury and glamour.
Do enjoy yourselves but please respect the residential neighbourhood and keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and especially after 10.00pm.
We respectfully advise that should we receive complaints concerning your behaviour and specifically noise especially outside, we reserve the right to permanently withhold all of your security/damage deposit. We employ a local security company will be called if neighbours complain about noise. There will also be a charge for any call outs.
There is no dedicated parking space at the property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking north of St James St. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9 am. Please do read the parking signs on the streets for specific instructions.
Housekeeping will be on call throughout your stay.
There is a small balcony towards the rear of the property, on the first floor. Guests are advised to exercise caution - not suitable for ladies in heels!

Summary: Brilliant location, you can walk into town easily along the seafront. Narrow stairs and about 5 flights of stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, however everything else about the property was brilliant. We were a hen do of 18, plenty of things to cook with/serving dishes, plugs next to every bed for phone chargers, hairdryers in the dressing room. Plenty of bathrooms/showers (although the shower in the ground floor doesn’t drain well). All in all, excellent!
