Modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with an open concept, a large balcony ideal for eating and relaxing with family and/or friends, a shared outdoor pool, and a rooftop patio, perfect for stargazing! Our condo is perfect for individuals working from home, couples or a small group of friends who want a quiet getaway while remaining close to all local amenities. We are located in a quiet, residential area of Oistins Barbados but remains within walking distance to the beach and other necessities.
LIVING SPACE:
There are spacious living and dining areas as well as a large, well-appointed kitchen. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day outdoors by watching movies on the 45-inch TV. There is also a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed that can sleep friends or family members. The fully-stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and it has a large pantry for food storage. The 6-person dining table is perfect for enjoying meals and great conversation. The large bedroom has a queen-sized bed, plenty of room for storage, and a 32-inch TV, and the large 3-piece bathroom contains a rain shower.The large dining room and outdoor patio tables give ample space for individuals who need to work from home. The high-speed internet is perfect for video streaming and conference calls from work.
THE AREA:
Regarding proximity to amenities, the Damaris Condo is within walking distance to several important places: a 10-12 minute walk to Miami (Enterprise) Beach, a well-known spot for surfing, swimming, and sunbathing; an 18-20 minute walk to the delicious food and nightlife found in the town of Oistins Barbados; a 25-minute walk to the large supermarket; and less than a 5-minute walk from a small grocery shop. Of course, these travel times can be shortened with the use of a rental car, taxi, or local public transportation. Last but not least, the condo is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Grantley Adams International Airport, so you can start to enjoy your vacation almost immediately after you arrive on the island.
CONCIERGE SERVICES:
Our property is managed by Blue Sky Luxury, which gives our guests access to their concierge services. Some of these services include: preparing for guests’ arrival, pre-stocking groceries or providing a cooked meal for guests (at an additional cost), and assisting with reservations for car rentals, dining, excursions, and activities.
Guests will have access to all areas of the condo except the master bedroom suite. Security cameras are located at the front door of the unit for safety. Our property manager from Blue Sky Luxury will be there to greet you and take care of any needs during your stay. You will also have access to a shared pool.

The parish of Christ Church runs from Grantley Adams International Airport all the way along the south coast until the Garrison Savannah.
Firstly you will find the Concorde Experience, which is located at Grantley Adams International Airport. Barbados is one of the few places in the world where you can see a Concorde Aircraft since its retirement. Here you can actually board the aircraft and enjoy a simulated flight, there is also a full museum dedicated to the history of the aircraft.
A few minutes along the highway from the airport you will see the Barbados Golf Club located on your left, where visitors and locals can enjoy a round of golf on this excellent course.
Next along the highway you find the Globe Drive In cinema, which is suitable all year round with the tropical climate of Barbados. Enjoy a picnic under the stars while you watch the latest films on the big screen.
If you were to continue along the highway you would come to the area known as Wildey and here you will find the Sir Garfield Sobers Gymnasium, where there are many concerts and sporting events held. Next door is the Barbados Aquatic Centre with an Olympic swimming pool. In this same area is also Banks Brewery, where the national beer is produced, here you can take a tour and visit their outside bar for a cold beer and to purchase souvenirs. Here in Wildey you will also find Wildey House.
From Wildey you can then head south by going down Rendezvous Hill towards the south coast main road, known as Highway Seven, near the bottom of the hill you will see a right hand turn and sign posts for Rockley Golf Club. This is a nine hole course, which is popular with visitors and locals. There is also a bar and restaurant at the club house.
If you head back out on to Rendezvous Hill and head to the bottom of the traffic and then turn left you will find a turning on your right, which is St. Lawrence Gap, a bustling street, both during the day and at night. It has lots of accommodation, bars and restaurants and lots of shops for souvenirs and beach accessories. Here you also find Dover beach one of the liveliest beaches on the south coast.
Back out on to the main road heading away from St. Lawrence Gap and towards Oistins you will see Graeme Hall Nature Sanctuary, a nature reserve surrounded by tropical gardens, which are lovely to stroll around. The sanctuary attracts all forms of wild life including flamingos, green monkeys and other tropical birds. This is currently closed until further notice.
Finally one of the biggest tourist attractions in Barbados is the old market town of Oistins, which is famous for its fish market and traditional Bajan Fish Fry on a Friday night.
We have parking onsite with 4 spaces to choose from. We are a 7-minute walk to public transportation on Enterprise Road. There is also a ZR Van which now runs on our street Lower Carters Gap. The route number is 1S.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
Guests will have access to all areas of the condo.
Laundry Access:
Guests will have access to the washer and dryer units when their stay is longer than 7 nights.
AC Units:
The AC units are located in the bedrooms only. The rest of the condo is outfitted with fans to keep guests cool.
Extra Person Fee:
We charge at booking an extra person fee (per person per night) above 2 people: Adults- $40. Adults only as no children are allowed in this unit. If you add guests after check-in/arrival additional guests will be considered a new booking and will be charged the full nightly fee (per person per night) not the $40 USD. We have an additional unit for families "The Alexandria Condo" - more information below.
Additional Unit:

Cleaning Fee:
We have a cleaning person who comes to change linens in the middle of yourstay (6 nights or more booking). If you would like a second visit the cost is $60US.
We are happy to book a rental car for you. The car will be waiting for you at the airport and will give you a temporary license on the spot. You will need a valid license to be able to drive in Barbados. Note: Barbados drives on the left-hand side.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. Late checkout is subject to extra rental charges at the rate of $100/hour after a grace period of 1 hour.
PARTIES:
There are no parties allowed within the condo or outside on the patio.
UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS:
Also, there are no unauthorized overnight guests allowed.
NO-SMOKING:
There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the condo or outside on the patio.
BEACH UMBRELLAS/CHAIRS
We have provided beach umbrellas & chairs to be used on the beach. They are located in the second bedroom. Please ensure all sand is washed off at the beach before returning to the condo.
PHONE:
We provide a phone for guest use for local calls only.
A/C UNITS:
There is air conditioning (A/C) in the bedroom. To conserve energy, please ensure the A/C unit and ceiling fans are turned off when leaving the unit.
LAUNDRY:
The laundry units will be provided on a rental of 8 days or more. When using the machines please follow the operating instructions provided.
