4 Bedroom House in Prosper

Fully furnished for short term, a month or longer. Ideal for families. Sleeps 10. Close to shopping, lakes and nature. 4 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with 20 feet ceilings in the living room. Private back yard and quiet neighborhood. House built and move in ready 2020. Ideal for families relocating and we can do month to month leases if you come in early enough and confirm with me. Minimum 3 months paid up front and then month to month is possible. Family of 5 was living here and still had 2 empty bedrooms so it is a very spacious and large house with 3 indoor garages. Very family oriented neighborhood. 15 minutes to Legacy West and JPMorgan Head quarters and 12 minutes to Cowboy center and training arena. PGA 2 golf courses and new head quarters after 42 years in Florida is being built as we speak. Luxury Hotel Omni being built across the highway 380. Dallas tollway is right next door so you can be downtown Dallas in 30 minutes.
The neighborhood has two pools areas in separate locations. One with a lovely sunset and outdoor fire pit and grills. Lovely sunsets from the 2nd larger pool area.
Prosper has Frisco, Plano, McKinney within a few minutes from our area.
This is a brand new development 2020 with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, dining room, play room and media room and 3 car garage. Built 2020 and 4280sq.ft of indoor space. Master bedroom and two closets are downstairs as is bedroom #2 and dining room which can be used as an office or bedroom. Some of the images were taken mid 2020 as the a brand new construction. A few of the mirrors in the pictures will be replaced with other antic mirrors yet the bedroom images and main livingroom images furniture will remain as is. A few superfluous items will be removed but main furniture remain. All beds remain. A list of all items will be provided upon check in. This is a new built house 2020 with only one owner the last 12 months.

Summary: We needed a place to stay while waiting to move into our home and the owner was great about helping us get in fast and stay a while. However, there was quite a lot about the house that made it hard to be in long term. - No sheets on the bed - Dirty bathroom (hairs in drawers, mold on shower floor, bugs on blankets. Not bed bugs, just bugs from a property being un-lived in for a while) - Toilets kept clogging from the very first day, even with just a piece of toilet paper to flush - A lot of echo throughout the house. Keep in mind if you have kids - Internet was very unstable and slow. Hard to work from there. If not impossible - A lot of empty rooms. No office area at all because it's completely void of furniture and one bedroom is entirely empty. So the home does not sleep as many as it states. The owner is super nice and communicative but the price was at the level of a high end
