The Italian inspired custom-designed renovation features natural oak hardwood flooring, Miele appliances, motorized blinds, customed cabinets, designer Zucchetti rain showers, and Nuheat heated floors in the bathrooms. The gorgeous living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows allowing in plenty of natural lighting. En-suite in both bedrooms and the spacious primary bedroom includes a big walk-in closet. Exceptional amenities such as water-view commercial rated gym, glass-bottom pool, huge recreation room, squash court, and concierge.

Current price is for stays until May 31st, starting June 1st the rate would be: 8,000 per month
Bed setup: 2 x Queens, plus 2 x twin size air mattresses (linens included for the air mattresses)
Free parking: available on location (underground secure)
Furnished units are not available to rent unfurnished.
