5.After receiving your deposit and application fee, our team will arrange a pre-lease virtual inspection.
6.Once inspected, you're ready to move in!
7.On the lease-start date, our team will provide keys or self-check-in instructions.

Due to new legislation in British Columbia, all furnished rental tenants must sign our Residential Tenancy Lease Agreement within 24 hours of booking and complete our internal application process. Summary: It was a nice property, as described, in a wonderful little neighborhood, and served just fine as a home base for my family's exploration of Victoria and surrounding. It was a good bargain, though there were a few areas where it was a little rough around the edges, but entirely consistent with expectations. The Good: The location was exactly what we were looking for, the house is cute, the beds are comfy, and the living room is fine. The fruit trees in the back were a lovely bonus. Good wifi and amenities. The Okay: the kitchen is good enough for simple small meals, but the kitchen knives were pretty challenging, and we often had to improvise on dishes or utensils. No dishwasher. The back patio was a nice touch, but an unaddressed hornet's made it less relaxing (no one got stung). Fans would have been nice for the summer heat. The Bad: There's some unpleasant out-gassing in the kitchen that air fresheners don't quite cover. The shower is rather low for anyone of more than average height. A single roll of toilet paper seems unnecessarily scrimping. The trash system was confusing--asking guests to navigate the city website, figure out the day & time, and parse the rules was challenging for us, and apparently challenging for the previous guests as well because we arrived to some full and mixed-up bins. I'd recommend more guidance from the host on that front. Overall: a good deal, a lovely property, and a solid host. We hope to come and stay here again someday.
