The fully equipped, stunning modern kitchen showcases a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer with ice maker, breakfast bench and a built-in dining table.
Soak up the leafy tropical surrounds out on the spacious covered balcony. Cook up easy BBQ meals and enjoy leisurely afternoons chatting at the outdoor dining table, with the ceiling fan overhead offering cool comfort on warm summer days.
Downstairs is the second living area with comfy couches and a big screen Smart TV. It opens right out to the second entertaining deck and the spacious garden and pool area. The house is designed to catch the cool sea breeze throughout the lower level.
Take a dip in the private pool and lounge around on the side. When you're up to moving, duck inside for a snack and refreshing drink, then head back to the pool and repeat.
