The property built in 2021 has been a long-term project by the owners who have taken their time and given it the love and attention it deserves with no expense spared. The living area is open plan which presents a well-equipped, well presented kitchen, a delightful sitting area with a comfy sofa and large smart TV, this also boasts a table and four chairs making sure you have a place to sit and have breakfast at, so you are fully energised for another day of adventure.
On the same floor the apartment offers a good-sized bedroom with a plush king-sized bed and a lovely bathroom with a Heated towel rail and shower cubicle. To the rear of the property, there is a private enclosed patio area which offers a hot tub, seating area and fantastic views of the spectacular countryside giving you a great place to sit out and relax in the summer months whilst enjoying a glass of fizz.
Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this a perfect retreat for walkers, cyclists, and ramblers, with plenty of walks, cycle paths, bridleways and established footpaths into picturesque countryside. Nearby you will find the picturesque market town of Settle with restaurants, pubs, pavement cafés and independent shops that can all be easily reached; The charming market town of Skipton is also only 20 minutes away and is home to an ancient castle, cobbled high street and colourful street market.
