Enjoy your stay in our cozy 2-bedroom home. Centrally located, the space is minutes from Downtown, Tulsa University, Cherry Street & More. Our home includes a full kitchen plus amenities and accommodates 6 guests comfortably.
The space
2 bedrooms, a dedicated office space with monitor. Air mattress for additional guest. Washer and dryer on-site & private driveway.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house. A code will be provided before check-in for entry into the residence.
* $50 Late fee applies for guest that do not check out on time.
* Additional fees will apply to guests that to not take care of our space and
cause additional cleaning and or damage to our space.
* Charges for damages and broken house rules will be determined at the hosts
on a case-by-case basis. Damages and additional charges are non-
negotiable.
* Guest(s) must keep all windows closed during their stay.
* $200 Fee applied if guest smoked in the property.
* $35 Cleaning fee if check out instruction are not followed.
* $100 Replacement comforter fee
* $60 Replacement sheet set fee (including pillowcases)
* $10 Towel Replacement fee (per Towel)

Summary: We really enjoyed our time at the cozy urban oasis. From the time that we checked in which was pretty simple, and when we got inside, the place was very clean, was very homey and comfortable, and it had everything you needed in a place to stay for a home away from home.We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in this area, because it was a very good area to stay.
