*Please note that this is not a party airbnb. This family friendly home is made for relaxing and enjoying all that the city has to offer. If by-law or police are called due to disruption in the neighbourhood, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Laundry is available on site and must be requested beforehand in order for the cleaning company to set up that space for you as it is only used by them and located in the unfinished basement.
For insurance purposes as our home is insured as a short term rental, the insurance company requires that our thermostat be controlled remotely. If anything needs to be changed you send a message and it will be quickly adjusted without hesitation.

Summary: We had a great time staying here. Centrally located in a quiet area off the main drag, but close enough to walk to all the attractions. Comfortable for at least eight people to stay. Owner was very responsive.
