Summary: The property was very well-equipped, nicely updated and conveniently located in Centerton, and exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was quiet at night, but there were numerous properties that were not as well cared for as this VRBO. The owner was very responsive to email and there were NO issues once we arrived and got settled in. I appreciated the TVs and internet working flawlessly - and the ability to quickly add our TV providers efficiently - nice system. The price was acceptable.If I had to find something, I would mention the playset in the back yard did not seem safe and the grass was not cut so bugs were prevalent in the yard. We would have brought the grandkid over for the evening had that been nice enough to use. A minor nit to an otherwise very pleasant stay.
