The Space:
Step into our apartment directly from the quiet, tree lined street and see the bright and airy open floor plan- wide plank flooring throughout, cozy living room area featuring sleeper couch, big screen Roku smart TV, modern art, and coffee table. To the right of the living room you will see the well-appointed kitchen complete with quartz countertops, an island with live edge top for an additional eating area, stainless steel appliances, cabinets stocked with cooking and baking essentials, and built in laundry area with combination washer and dryer.
Past the kitchen you can enter into the bedroom, equipped with queen size bed, closet space, comfy mattress and pillows, and wall mounted smart TV.
Just outside the bedroom you will find the bathroom with tile floor, modern fixtures and spotless stand-up shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and clean, fluffy towels are provided!

Our home is equipped with tons of amenities for you and your traveling companions. We worked hard to make sure you feel right at home in a clean, comfortable, spacious, and relaxing space.

-Under 5 mins walk to the Tasker Morris Broad St Line subway station

Getting Around:
Our home is conveniently located to all ways of transportations:
-Your closest subway stop to your stay is Tasker Morris station. It is only about a 5 minute walk from your door. The Broad St line subway will take you south (to sports stadiums and FDR Park) or North (towards City Hall and Center City and beyond).
-If you feel like rolling around Philly on a bike, a great way to do so is to use Indego bike share. It's pretty simple- you can find a station nearby, rent your bike at the self service kiosk, and ride around until you would like to return the bike. You can return at any indego station, and there are a ton of them around town. The closest to is located at 1724 S. 12th St, right next to Barcelona Wine Bar, just a 3 minute walk from the house.
-Philadelphia's main train station, including Amtrak and other rail lines. Easily accessible by car or subway.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance:
It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a
thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner.
We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking
