Short-term vacation rental with 3-month rentals during winter months. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home is conveniently located to all attractions in and around Crystal River. Enjoy access to a beautiful community dock that is within walking distance. From the dock you can snorkel, watch the manatee swim and mullet jump. The home is fully furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi. Enjoy streaming media services through Hulu and Netflix. Each bedroom has a queen/full bed with all linens provided. There is also a daybed with trundle in the living room area for additional sleeping arrangements. The laundry room has a full-sized washing machine and dryer. Paddle around in one of the kayaks to Three Sisters Springs, Hunter Springs or over to The Plantation (Resort) on Crystal River for an afternoon cocktail. Medium sized dogs up to 65lbs are welcome but we ask no cats please. A pet fee will be added to the rate.
