Summary: Stayed at Cozy Cottage a few weeks while family member needed a transitional place before moving to an apartment in Wilmington. Was the perfect location to walk downtown to restaurants, with easy parking, and a central location. Inside the cottage was super clean, well appointed, and comfortable, with all needed kitchen appliances and bathrooms attached to each bedroom. Host Christine was a delight. Super easy to deal with and did NOT have a super long list of annoying instructions and rules that other rentals seem to have. Easy check in, easy check out. Great place overall.
