Discover this cozy casita in Fallbrook near the Monserate winery vineyards. The private retreat is located in a family and pet friendly neighborhood, and welcomes guest at their convenience through their own private entry. Guest are welcomed with snacks and water for their enjoyment. The casita shares no doors with the main house, and guest have exclusive access to the private pool through their own sliding doors. Guest enter through the open concept kitchenette and living space. The modern bathroom also provides access to the pool, allowing for swimmers, children and pets easy entry to the restroom shower. Stocked with plenty of towels and general hygiene supplies. The queen bed is positioned in the open concept with a pool and fireplace view. Enjoy a latte from our local Fallbrook coffee shops or stay home and make a cup on the Kureig, while watching the water dance to the Fall breeze, while staying nice and warm near the electric fireplace with flames in your choice of color. There is also a full size bonus bed in the living room, as the sofa converts to a double padded sleeping space that can fit two adults or several children. Relax with a glass of wine from one of the many local vineyards and enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants. The casita is a 5 minute walk to the Monserate Winery and wedding venues. Nearby Wedgewood wedding venue, the Golf Club of California, Adobe Winery and Grand Traditions are all a short drive from the house. Summary: Very nice place had everything you need ! Was very quick in response and allowed us early check in so we could get ready for a baseball tournament we were attending! Would definitely stay again if we are in town!
