Your space will include the lower level of the cabin which is 1,000 sqft. It has it’s own private entrance and parking located on the backside of the cabin down a separate driveway. The large covered patio over the entrance with 2 rocking chairs and a hammock, are exclusively yours to enjoy. During the summer you can sit and watch the hummingbird show as they come right up to the patio to the feeder. Enjoy 10 degrees cooler weather than downtown St. George because of the higher altitude.
Inside there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and an office space.
The area offers opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors, in many ways whether you prefer scenic drives, or extreme sports the options are abundant. Public Lands surround the neighborhood with countless trails to hike, bike, ATV, UTV, or horse-back ride; accessible right from the neighborhood. Snow Canyon State Park is only 5 min away; many other State and National Parks in the area. A dirt road leading from the neighborhood takes you down a scenic drive into Dixie National Forest, Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, and into St. George; with many trailheads along the way.

Dixie Red Hills Golf Course is 15 min away. Sunbrook Golf Course is 21 min away. Both are open year-round; and both are open to the public.
