Positive: there was a WOW factor when we initially entered the house through the front door. the size of the house was perfect for our group. pool table and table tennis was an excellent touch. there were plenty of pillows and blankets in each room. Plenty of space in the kitchen!
Negative: parts of the house were filthy. we took pictures of lolly wrappers on the window sill in one room. they were behind the blind, so we're guessing no one opened it. there was rubbish in the bedside table of another room. window sills and under every bed in all rooms were dusty. Although completely empty, the fridge needed a wipe before we could put our food in it. missing remotes for tvs and air-conditioning units. the TV in the main bedroom was broken. no instructions for spa, which we couldn't get to heat up.
Summary: Great for a big group, but needs a clean
