Located in the heart of Grande Champagne, the gîte 1er cru is designed to accommodate 5 people for a pleasant holiday in Charente in the Cognac vineyard.
House adjoining the owners' house (separate entrance) comprising: large living room with fitted kitchen area, dining room and lounge area (2 sofas, coffee table and television).
Upstairs :
3 rooms
(2 140x190cm beds, 1 160x200cm bed and an extra 90 cm bed) large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Separate WC.
On the landing, an office space has been fitted out as well as a play area for children.
Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, internet access.
Outside, vacationers can enjoy a 4x10m swimming pool heated by heat pump, unsupervised. The swimming pool is open in fine weather from May until the end of September. (swimming pool to be shared with the owners)
Ideally located, this cottage is close to trading houses, hiking trails, walks on the Charente river, 20 minutes from the West Indies and the thermal baths of Jonzac, 1 h 30 from Royan, 10 min from the X'eau Aquatic Center
