Positive: The house looks quite new. We had a good time with our group of friends. There is plenty of room to prepare food and drinks on the ground floor and hang out on the terrace.
Negative: It is hardly beachfront as only a tiny piece of sea could be seen from the upstairs bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are actually underground with two small windows up on the wall and no air-conditioning. There aren’t 3 bathrooms as stated. The bathrooms are two - one for two bedrooms and a small toilet in the ground floor. The rooms aren’t spacious at all - they are quite small with no wardrobes, nightstands, hangers or any type of containers where one can put clothes and any luggage especially when staying longer than 1-2 nights. In terms of hygiene the place was not up to our standards. We had to pre-wash all the kitchen equipment before using it. We were planing on using the BBQ but we gave up as soon as we opened it. It had never been cleaned…. When we arrived black hair could be seen everywhere on the white marble floor. The sofa on the second floor terrace also could not be properly used because it was dirty with something sticky on it. We had to fix the clogged drain in the downstairs’ bathroom and one of the sockets which was hanging out the wall. We would reccomend some additional furniture to be added to the rooms, better maintenance and much better cleaning service to be considered.
