Summary: If you're looking for a reasonable place to stay for a week at the beach and you don't mind sleeping on a rock....this is the place for you. FIRST ISSUE: We checked in at 4:45 pm, while the check in process was smooth, this is not what I consider to be a hotel/inn. The office closes at 5:00 pm and you have no contact with the front desk. I was reading our check out email and it stated the office would open back up at 9:00 am. We needed to check out at 8:00 to be at the port of Miami for a cruise check in of 10:30 am. I called the office number and the secondary number on the business card and left a message for someone to call me back ASAP. We called the website we booked through and they couldn't get a hold of anyone either. I gave them until around 9:00 pm (we went to grab dinner) to give me a call back. Once we got back to the room I saw on a piece of paper in the kitchen (we had no intentions of using the kitchen, so we didn't go in there) with a THIRD number, a cell phone number, I hated calling so late, but they in fact answered and told us to just leave the key in the room when we left and they would check us out when they got in at 9:00 am. I felt really uncomfortable doing this, as they charged astronomical fees for anything missing, but did it nonetheless in order to be at the port on time. 2nd Issue: Bed was so hard I didn't sleep! 3rd Issue: Parking is VERY limited; expect to walk your belongings around the block to your room.
