This 1900's 3 bedroom stone cottage, nestled alongside the Riesling trail, suits couples, families or business travelers alike. Sitting in the corner of an acre block, with resident Kookaburras, makes for a tranquil break away with plenty of space to sit and relax.
The cottage, which can sleep up to 6 adults (or 4 adults and up to 4 kids) , has a full kitchen, separate dining room, smart TV, wood combustion heaters, split system and bathroom complete with full size bath and large shower.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have queen beds with linen, quilts, bedside tables with reading lights and European pillows. Bedroom 3 has 1 tri bunk, including a double bed below and a single bed above as well as another bunk bed of 2 singles, with linen, bedside reading lights and quilts . We have supplied a portacot (but you will need to bring linen for this) and a high chair. The main bedrooms have ceiling fans, the bunk room has a pedestal fan. All bedrooms have electric heaters and extra blankets for winter.
The kitchen is well supplied and includes a nespresso pod coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, bar fridge, full size fridge as well as 800 electric oven and gas cooktop.
Eat around the kitchen bench or in the formal dining room. You will find basic supplies of salt, pepper, cooking oil, alfoil, baking paper, gladwrap, vegemite, tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen. We have provided crockery and cutlery for 6 as well as plastics for the kids and for outside.
Enjoy the wood heater in the lounge AND in the kitchen in winter and the split system in summer. Sit back in the leather lounges and watch the 55 inch TV, Netflix, or a movie on the DVD player. We have supplied a range of movies. Connect your phone to the sound system and listen to spotify or your tunes.
We have also supplied some books and toys for the kids, as well as a selection of books and games for all the family to enjoy. Bring your bikes and let the kids ride around the yard or you can all ride along the riesling trail.
There is a full size bath in the bathroom with a large shower. The hot water is gas so should not run out! The toilet is separate.
The laundry contains a washing machine for your use, with a clothes line to dry outside, clothes rack for under the verandah if it is raining, iron and ironing board. You can find brooms and additional cleaning supplies in the laundry.
We aim to provide you privacy and space to enjoy the house. You have access to the whole house,bdepending on your booking. The bunk room may be shut if you do not need access to this.
Our property manager is a few minutes away if there are any urgent issues, or you can contact us directly via the app or our mobile numbers if you have a question or a problem. You will be provided with access details prior to your arrival.
Please do NOT interact with or feed the neighbours horses. Please also remember that it is a residential area and some noise discretion is required.
