Summary: Good house for kids/teens/young adults due to bonus room to hang out in and have their own space. The bunk room was tight if it was expected to actually fit 6 people but comfortable nonetheless. Lots of supplies if you are cooking at home. If you are staying more than a few days with multiple people, make sure you have extra toilet paper/paper towels etc. Not convenient for easily accessing the beach…quite hilly, road is a little dangerous to walk it due to no sidewalks. Yard is available but only has the fence in 3 sides…not totally fenced if you have a dog.
