Just bring your clothes and you are ready to rest and relax here. There are 4 stairs up to the front door (see pic). The Kitchen and Living areas are downstairs, and the bedrooms are upstairs. There is a family dollar store located one half block away if you need any convenience items. No Animals and No Smoking.

Summary: No hot water the entire stay, place had not been cleaned thoroughly, mouse feces in cabinets and drawers, roaches on property, no gas at all so unable to cook though I wouldn’t have used the dishes provided, blinds were completely broken in living room. I had to steal a set from upstairs to use so people weren’t looking at me through the window. But those blinds were caked with dirt. No curtains in bedrooms so impossible to sleep with light pouring through, security light at front door not working. The whole building is deserted so very uncomfortable staying alone. Did not feel safe. As a former VRBO and AirBB host…I would NEVER allow a guest to stay in these conditions. I had to check out and get a hotel room just to be able to bathe! If the host were reputable, he would offer some sort of refund.
