Olazul ("Blue Wave" in Spanish) is a luxury condominium in a new 12-unit boutique building (Aquiles Serdan) just 50 meters from the beach, in Puerto Vallarta’s famed Zona Romantica (also known as Old Town). As a guest of Condo Olazul, your options are endless. In thirty seconds, you are at Playa Olas Altas, one of Vallarta’s most popular beaches. Once there, head north toward the Malecon (boardwalk) and Isla Rio Cuale, its restaurants, scenery, and shopping. Head south and you are at Playa los Muertos where you can swim, jet ski, parasail, or sip on a margarita on the beach. If you decide to stroll away from the coast, in two blocks, you are in the center of Old Town and a wide array of the most popular restaurants, bars, and shops in all of Puerto Vallarta.
As a guest at Condo Olazul, you can also experience PV from a new luxury condominium building in the Zona Romantica (Old Town). Enjoy the OCEAN and MOUNTAIN VIEWS from your private balcony. The Space
Condo Olazul is on the fourth floor (not including the ground floor) on a quiet stretch of street that ends at Olas Altas Beach just meters away. The unit is accessible through a secure lobby adorned with modern art. Condo Olazul – one of only two units on the fourth floor – boasts an open living and dining area, and a full kitchen. There is also a workstation with a view of the Sierra Madre Mountains, which provide a dramatic backdrop to Old Town. Olazul’s private balcony with OCEAN and MOUNTAIN VIEWS is where you can begin your day with a cup of coffee, or take in a spectacular sunset in the evening. The windows in the primary bedroom provide more views of the mountains and even a "peek-a-boo" view of Vallarta's stunning cathedral belltower.
Olazul boasts two PRIVATE bedrooms, each with king-sized beds and plush bedding, an en suite bathroom, and plenty of storage. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer. The interior of Condo Olazul was meticulously decorated by INTERIORES MEXICANOS, one of Vallarta’s most celebrated designers. At Condo Olazul, you can enjoy all the comforts of home in a setting that allows you to simply RELAX and enjoy the break you so richly deserve. Condo Olazul WELCOMES EVERYONE. For those with mobility challenges, an elevator provides easy access to the condo. Also, it is an easy curb-less stroll from the building (Agua Marina) to both Olas Altas Beach and the Malecon.
