Why rent from a state-side owner when you can rent from me, a Virgin Islander with 26 years’ experience hosting guests in short-term rentals? What to go scuba diving? The owner of the closest dive shop is a close friend. Want to go day sailing? Another friend grew up on a sailboat, traveling around the world with his parents and siblings. A fascinating man who is competing for a spot at the 2024 Olympics, representing the VI Surfing team. My condos are just over a mile from the St. John (STJ) Ferry Terminal. Every St. Thomian can explain how to get to St. John (STJ), but I can tell you the perfect sequence of beaches on STJ with the amenities you prefer. Booked guests have access to Sherri’s Beach Guide.
