Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, comfortable and in a great location for beach activities. I love a porch and this unit has one with a slice of the ocean view. We brought our own fan after reading some of the previous reviews. A ceiling fan on the porch would be an awesome addition. There is construction ongoing at Compass Point so just be aware that it can be noisy if you are enjoying the porch. The bed was very comfortable as well as the couches in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook and eat in. We love staying in this area of the island. You are close to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. I will suggest that the owner supplies details about where to put the trash. The recycling cans are easy to spot but we had to visit Island Vacations to inquire about trash. The people at Island Vacations are always accommodating and easy to work with.
