Positive: Very Clean, large two bedroom barn conversion. Twin beds were firm and comfy. Fans provided which was great in the hot weather and the house and garden gets a good breeze even when hot outside which was nice. Well equipped kitchen, which we used a lot. Huge fenced and private garden, great for dogs and we enjoyed sitting there with morning coffee and evening wine or beer. Pleasant view from lounge and garden loveseat. Nice discount at the local pub, the Saavy Fox, where we had a lovely meal with friends. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Negative: 9am checkout, which we managed to extend to 930...but it was still tight even after getting up at 630am, since we like to leave a place clean. Forgot some things in our rush to leave. In all our travels never had a 9am checkout...10am is more normal. We didn't mind the country noises along the hidden country road next to the garden (the garden is very private and not overlooked), including tractors. We purposely chose a country farmhouse, so enjoyed the activity while seated in the garden. Not for everyone tho (one of our visitors asked to go inside because he was sensitive to the noise). The double bed is a double. So we pushed the two twins together in the other room, which was a bigger room anyway. All the beds have a slight footboard lip, which for anyone over 6'2 may be an issue, my husband managed by sleeping on his side.
