Fun and comfortable newly built home. Interior designed. 1 mile from the beach and the Hammond trail. Smart TV’s, game room and Jacuzzi. The kitchen features modern appliances. The house has temperature control making it easy to heat or cool. Two designated parking spaces in front of the house. Safe neighborhood. Great accessibility close to airport, grocery stores, and the 101 highway.
Thank you for respecting the neighborhood and neighbors. It is a private cul de sac and the neighbors take their privacy seriously. Please do not film the neighbors homes. Two parking spots in front of the house are designated for the house and 1 spot directly across the street. Even though the spots are not labeled they are designated for the people who live there. Park on the street outside the cul de sac if there are more than 3 cars which there rarely should be. Many complaints about people filming the neighbors house and outside their houses have been made and cannot continue. The park across the street is a private park for the residents’ small children and the equipment is for them only. Please no going into the private park, the neighbor there has brought to my attention people throwing balls against her house, not caring about the equipment etc and is incredibly disturbed by it. Please respect the people who call the area home. Thank you for respecting the neighbors.
