We keep our home in great condition as I am sure you have read in our reviews on other STR sites. We are new to VRBO. We are going a step above and have taken on deep sanitizing with a professional. This is going to occur over and above our current methods.
Our home has been compared to an upscale hotel the size of a house by our guests! You can relax in the hot tub and enjoy our beautiful back yard. We are in a great area with many things to do very close by, some are within walking distance!
The space
We offer a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 6 in the kitchen or if you prefer, the dining room seats 9.
The family room has seating for 6-8 which includes a leather couch, loveseat and an oversized chair that all recline. We have a 65 SMART television for your viewing pleasure, complete with DVD/Blue ray. We have free wifi with a great signal throughout the home.
The beds have heated mattress pads and linens. Each room has hanging space and shelves/dressers so you aren't living out of a suitcase!
The bathrooms will have hair dryers, fresh towels and washcloths. Please enjoy the Jacuzzi tub!
There is an open loft with a rocking chair and lamp for reading. There are many places throughout the house for alone time and areas for family/group togetherness. The lower level has another family room with a television and DVD player, games, puzzles and toys for the young ones, and adults as well.
The yard is our OASIS. We have a pond during Spring & summer. There is a gas grill to cook on. This and the fire table may be unavailable due to fire bans, or safety factors to be determined by owner and our insurance company. There are plenty of grassy areas.
We have an evaporative cooling system which is more efficient in Colorado while maintaining air quality and keeping the home cool.
Guest access
You may access the entire house with the exception of a few cabinets, closets, garage, one room and the upstairs deck.
The upstairs deck off the upper loft is pending repairs and we ask that you not go up the deck stairs or go out from the loft.
We have a driveway for 1 car. Since we live on a corner there’s additional parking in front and on the side of the house. Our neighborhood is very quiet, as is the street we live on.
Other things to note:
There are always activities in Westminster and the surrounding areas. If you are interested we will be happy to provide you with info.
The hot tub is for adult use only. It is not safe for children under 12.
This is a quiet neighborhood and our home is not a "party house". We ask that you respect our home and our neighbors at all times.
