A large kitchen anchors the space with a huge waterfall island that allows everyone inside to enjoy the views, and features every tool a chef could want.
The natural wood dining area with seating for six flows into a a beautiful and comfortable seating space , a perfect place to relax, enjoy a movie or simply take in the views .
Step out onto the breezy dining deck , to enjoy coffee or a sunset meal al fresco. A half bath sits conveniently on this level as well.
The primary bedroom also is on this upper main level , with king size 4 poster bed and seating area, where you can lie in bed and enjoy the ocean views.
