Positive: Great location, spacious home, back fenced patio is great for pets.
Negative: It'd be nice if there were shades that could darken the primary bedroom. With the large mirror, sun entered the room early.
Summary: Perfect for 4 people and a small dog. Easy to walk to the sea lions and nice to dine on the patio.
