Home Highlights - Location! Location! Location! Walking distance to beach - Luxury and comfort for seating and sleeping 12 comfortably - Blazing fast Wi-Fi and 5 smart TVs - Amazing family style deck with views of the gulf - Game room Guests will feel the ocean breeze sitting in the game room - Ample parking inside and outside of the home (6 cars). AMENTIES: We provide our guests with plenty of amenities: linens, towels, toiletries, soaps/shampoos, laundry pod, dish soap/pods/sponge, hand towels.
Kitchen is equipped with a coffee station Keurig & Coffee pot, Keurig pods, sugar, and creamers. Cookware, glasses, dishes, cups, silverware, toaster, kettle, bake trays, storage container, etc.
GUEST ACCESS - Our guests will have access to all parts of the house except for the locked owners closet. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - IDs will be validated before check-in. There is a minimum age of 25 to rent - Please ensure everyone all parties occupying the home are aware of the house rules -OCCUPANCY. Only guests on reservation are allowed in the home. Unauthorized guests will result in immediate termination of the reservation - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the premises. Any smoking detected will result in a minimum of $250 to $500, and additional fines if it will impact the next guest stay. Smoking is only allowed outside, but please pick up your cigarette butts - NO PARTIES, loud music such as boom boxes allowed as this causes disruption to other neighbors and guests. These types of disturbances will cause for immediate termination of stay and fines will be assessed - However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. This is always a good idea during hurricane season - For the safety of all involved, the exterior of the home and the garage is monitored by security cameras - PETS: Please provide us with the pet information and if approved there is a $100 per pet per stay. Up less than 30lbs minimal shedding allowed. Thanks for checking with us prior your stay. We ask our guests to ensure the following: (1) Please make sure that the dog is always supervised (2) Please do not let dogs on the furniture (3) If you must leave your dog alone, please put them in their crate or kennel (4) Please pick up after your dogs. Extra cleaning fees we assessed if dog poos are not picked up
-We are in a newly built coastal community close and surrounded by water, trees, and wildlife. While it's very rare, please, don't be surprised if you see outdoor pests passing through as they are mostly likely seeking shelter in certain weather conditions. Please let us know so that we can continue to take preventative measures. We are very diligent and have regular preventive pest control, but sometimes nature can be out of our control.

Summary: We loved our stay! Short walk to the beach. The house was clean, roomy, well stocked and perfect for our weekend getaway. We had 3 families and the space was great. We couldn’t go to the beach due to weather one day so we spent the whole day downstairs playing all the games and grilling. Kids had a blast. Would definitely recommend this house!
