Located on Thomas Drive. You will love the charming coastal décor! The spacious open floor plan features a living room, dining room and kitchen area that all offer breathtaking views of the Gulf! Most impressive are the SPECTACULAR sunsets from the private wrap-around balcony! The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own balcony, with a completely remodeled master bathroom, custom tile shower, double vanity sinks, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom offers a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two queen size beds. The guest bath adjoins the 3rd bedroom and has a custom tile shower. The living area has a pull out sleeper sofa! There is also a NEW washer/dryer in the condo. The state of the art kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils.
Pelican Walk has 2 gulf front pools both overlooking the beautiful sand dunes and blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests have access all resort amenities, hot tub, club room, and courts for racquetball, shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is beautiful! Everything was in good working order however, we did find trash in cabinet (old muffin), empty fruit carton by the bed along with some other trash.
