3 Bedroom Apartment in Sunshine Beach

The duplex is set over four levels. Two for living and accommodation, one for parking, and a roof top deck. The ground floor or entry point of the duplex offers a family lounge area, two bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. This also accommodates the laundry and access to the pool and outdoor showers.
The middle level displays the dining/formal lounge and modern fully equipped kitchen. Here there are two indoor/outdoor terrace area’s which book end the north and south of the unit. One area is equipped with a BBQ and outdoor dining table, whilst the other has comfy lounge furniture. The master bedroom and large ensuite is also located on this floor.
The property also offers a private roof top deck with retractable awning, perfect for enjoying the ocean glimpses. The pool and deck is perfectly located on the northern end of the property.
The unit is fully air conditioned. It also has a lift from the undercover secure car through to both the ground floor and level 1 . Foxtel and wifi available.
This apartment is centrally located in a convenient location so no car is needed.
Sunshine Beach has everything you need. Only a short stroll away there are several licensed restaurants, cafes, a bakery, 2 bottle shops and a couple of bars. There is also a small convenience store open till late where you can obtain any essentials.
Continue down the hill and your at the local Surf Club where you will find live music on Friday nights and Sunday afternoons. The patrolled beach is right out the front allowing you to take swim or surf.
The national park is not far away with walking/running tracks all through to Noosa heads
