OCCUPANCY RULES: If more people than disclosed on the original booking are found at the property during your stay, whether spending the night or not, your booking will be cancelled without a refund. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property- cigarettes, tobacco, marijuana, or vaping is against the house rules. Smoking is absolutely NOT ALLOWED inside. $500 fine and additional $200 cleaning fee will be added to your stay if found smoking in the house.
Smoking, however, is fully allowed on the roof top deck. Please use several ashtrays and trash baskets provided. Thank you for being responsible guests!
