Wake up to the sound of waves on beautiful Horden's Beach. This well-appointed house sits steps from the sand. The perfect place for the family holiday. The house is open plan with the living area and kitchen/dining on one level looking over the water. Also on that level are the main bedroom with en-suite, one bedroom with bunk beds, the other with two single beds, a main bathroom and fully equipped laundry. On the entrance level there is a queen bedroom and a toilet. A large, grassed back yard completes the property with room for a family cricket match. There is a BBQ on the deck overlooking the water.
No parties or events to be held at the house. Please keep any late-night noise down, as there are close neighbours.

Summary: The house and location are fabulous, right at the beach and just a short walk to the local shops. Absolutely everything you need improved for with a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, and beautiful bathrooms. The communication was excellent and we hope to stay again.
