Our beautiful custom-built home is a perfect place for your family reunion, travelling on vacation with families or just simply enjoying the comforts of hotel style accommodations. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a view of Surrey and Delta. We are only 1 block away from the skytrain station and shopping is close by.
This 3700 sq/ft house has 3 suites. The main suite is available for hosting our guests. The main suite is 2500 sq/ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and huge gourmet kitchen. This custom-built home has open concept kitchen, living room and dinning room. In-suite Landry is provided and suite has private entry with keypad and 2 deck spaces with view. Suite is completely self-contained and has a fully equipped kitchen. All furniture and decor are mostly brand new, including a 60’ TV which has Netflix for you to enjoy.
The house is 1 block away from 22nd Avenue skytrain station, 8 minutes drive to Queensborough Landing Shopping Outlet, 10 minutes to Market Crossing Shopping Centre and 15 minutes to Metrotown, our biggest mall in Vancouver.

Summary: We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves. You barely could hear the main roadway unless you were extremely light sleeper. The 4 bedrooms with the one up top was very nice as the grandparents got there separate space. Only negative was there was no real plastic plates or cups available for kids that we found. For the price in Vancouver this property was a 4.9.
