Positive: Very good location close to central train station.
Negative: After paying for the apartment the property owner contacted me asking for a deposit payment to a private account. I've stayed in over 100 properties with booking.com I have never been asked to bank in a deposit beyond the official price. The deposit was returned with a minor but also unusual deduction for a third bedding set. Which was odd because the booking price was already for three people. Other than that the property was fine and the deposit was returned. But the weird deposits policy makes it awkward and inconvenient requiring additional cash flow, and may be inconvenient to actually bank in if you don't have access to the Polish banking system.
